These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern use of the website (the “Website”) operated by Toyotora International Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). All users of the Website (“Users”) must use the Website in accordance with these Terms.

- The Company makes no express or implied warranty that the Website is free from factual or legal defects, including defects in security, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security vulnerabilities, errors, bugs, or infringement.

- Any dispute arising from use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office as the court of first instance.
