Tokyo Round-Trip Flights for Two Giveaway

Campaign Rules

1. Campaign Period

From now through June 30, 2027. Entries are based on actual nights stayed; the check-out date does not count.

2. Eligibility

• Guests who book through the Nicole’s Home official website and complete their stay during the campaign period will automatically receive giveaway entries.
• Bookings made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com are not eligible.
• The person who made the booking must stay at the property to earn entries.

3. How Entries Are Calculated

Each actual night stayed earns one entry. The more nights you stay, the greater your chance of winning:

• Entries may be accumulated through one booking or multiple stays and will be matched using the booker’s name and phone number.
• The organizer will compile the entry list. No additional registration or proof is required.

4. Prize

Grand Prize (1 winner): Round-trip flights to Tokyo for two for a three-day, two-night trip

• Outbound and return flights will generally use the first and last available flights of the day.
• Airport taxes and fuel surcharges are included.
• Accommodation, local transportation, meals, visas, and other personal expenses are not included.
• Travel must be completed within six months of the winner notification.
• Departure airport: Taiwan (Taoyuan or Songshan, subject to flight availability)
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

5. Drawing

• Drawing date: July 31, 2027.
• The organizer will conduct the drawing publicly and stream it live or publish a recording on the official WHO’S HOME Instagram or Facebook account.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

• The winner will be announced through official social media and the website campaign page within seven business days after the drawing. The organizer will also contact the winner to verify their identity.
• The winner must respond within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond will be treated as forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be drawn.
• The winner must present identification and the original booking record when claiming the prize.

7. Important Notes

• This campaign is governed by the applicable laws of Taiwan. If the prize value exceeds the tax-exempt threshold, the winner is responsible for the applicable taxes.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time and retains final authority over all campaign matters.
• If the prize cannot be used due to force majeure, including natural disasters, epidemics, or flight cancellations, the organizer will assist with an equivalent alternative date but is not responsible for additional losses.
• Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of all these rules.
