Nicole cares about what guests eat as much as where they sleep. The complimentary minibar is stocked with her favorite cookies, snacks, and beer. Guests may even find the cold-water instant noodles that recently became so popular in Japan that they sold out, without having to queue for them. Nicole says, ‘Travel should not mean settling for less. I want guests to feel more than that the facilities are complete. I want them to feel comfortable and at ease, as if they have entered a home where someone has really lived with care.’
