Economic Daily News: Japan’s “Cross-Border Assets × Fan Economy” Hospitality Model—Max Lu Joins Chu Huang-Wei and Hsieh Ming-Yuan to Establish Kajia Home Co., Ltd.

Max Lu (呂元鐘), founder of the Add.one KOL group-buying platform and a veteran e-commerce strategist, recently led the establishment of the Japanese real-estate company Kajia Home Co., Ltd. (株式会社佳家ホーム). He invited leading Taiwanese CTO Chu Huang-Wei (朱皇韋) and real-estate expert Hsieh Ming-Yuan (謝銘元) to participate. Together, they are entering Japan’s real-estate market through a hospitality operating model built around “cross-border assets × the fan economy,” introducing an approach to property operations that goes beyond traditional rental income.
